Nan Russell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and global business strategies. She currently serves as the Director of Advisory Services for EMEA at Qualtrics, where she is also an XM Scientist.15 With over 25 years of experience in global research design, methodology, and analysis, Nan specializes in delivering Experience Management programs that help organizations understand and improve their customers' and employees' experiences.35
