Naoko Omuro

Naoko Omuro is a professional with a strong background in international development and social change.

She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Development and Social Change from Clark University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Politics from Aoyama Gakuin University.

Naoko has held various roles at the World Food Programme, including Private Sector Partnerships Officer, Donor and Private Sector Relations Officer, and Partnership Officer.

Prior to her time at the World Food Programme, she served as a Programme Officer at the Senegal Country Office and held multiple positions at the Japan Anti-Tuberculosis Association, such as Project Coordinator and Director Secretary.

Her experience also includes working as an Intern and Assistant of Membership Management at the Japan International Volunteer Centre and as a Secretary at the United Nations University.
