Naomi Wright is a passionate individual dedicated to social justice, system of oppression dismantling, and promoting the health and wellness of marginalized communities.

Currently an incoming student at Columbia University's MSW program, Naomi aims to leverage her academic background and professional experience to contribute meaningfully as a future Social Worker.

With a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Columbia University, Naomi is well-equipped for a career in social work and public health.

Naomi has a diverse professional background, including roles such as Clinical Social Work Intern at University of California, San Francisco, Program Manager at SF LGBT Center, and Community Health Outreach Worker at Alameda Health System.

Her previous engagements range from roles like Future Public Health Leaders Program (FPHLP) - CDC Public Health Scholar at University of Michigan School of Public Health to Teaching Assistant at UC Berkeley School of Public Health, showcasing her commitment to growth and learning.

Naomi has also served in various community-oriented positions including but not limited to Intern at East Oakland Building Healthy Communities at Alameda Health System and Board Member at Black Students in Health Association (BSHA) at Student National Medical Association.

With a rich educational background and hands-on experience in public health and social work, Naomi Wright is poised to make significant contributions towards fostering equity and well-being in marginalized communities.
