Nasser Qahtani is an accomplished professional in the fields of Electrical Engineering and Business Administration.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, followed by a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

In addition to his engineering background, Nasser pursued an MBA in Strategy Development from Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow, Scotland, showcasing his dedication to both technical and business disciplines.

With an impressive career trajectory, Nasser Qahtani has held key positions in various prestigious organizations. He served as the Deputy Minister of Electricity Affairs at the Ministry of Energy, illustrating his expertise and leadership in the energy sector.

Prior to his role as Deputy Minister, Nasser held the CEO position in the Water and Power Sector, as well as CEO-Unigaz Arabia at Abunayyan Holding, where he played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and business growth.

His experience extends to regulatory affairs, having served as the Vice Governor of Regulatory Affairs at the Electricity & Cogeneration Regulatory Authority (ECRA), where he contributed to shaping policies and regulations in the energy industry.

Before his executive roles, Nasser Qahtani honed his skills at Saudi Aramco, where he served as a Superintendent, gaining valuable experience in the energy sector.

Nasser Qahtani's diverse background in engineering, business, and regulatory affairs positions him as a well-rounded professional with a deep understanding of the energy and utility landscape.
