Natalia has an extensive professional history, having worked in various legal and human rights-related roles. She currently serves as a Tech-Legal Counsel at Access Now. Previously, she was an Assistant District Attorney at Kings County District Attorneys Office and held positions such as Human Rights Investigations Lab Mentor/Legal Advisory Board Member at Human Rights Center, UC Berkeley School of Law, Legal Intern at Queens District Attorney's Office, Legal Policy Office Intern at United Nations Human Rights, and more.

In addition to her legal and human rights work, Natalia has also held roles in legislative analysis, research, and program assistance. She has worked at prestigious organizations like the Manhattan District Attorney's Office, MFY Legal Services, Office of the New York State Attorney General, and the New York State Department of Labor, among others.
