I haven't always been a good leader. Age, experience, a willingness to learn from mistakes and a good dose of Brene Brown's 'Dare To Lead', have helped me evolve into the sort of leader that creates meaningful change.
It is my hope and intention to bring this to SCA (NSW) with a focus on improving customer confidence in strata management through a marketing campaign that educates and demystifies what we do and a plan to create a 'hub' of mental wellness resources for members.
