What a magical 25th International Leadership Association annual conference!   Congratulations and THANK YOU to Conference Chair The Right Honourable Kim Campbell, my fellow Co-Chairs Shawna Lafreniere Nist, Ph.D. and Brigitte Harris, Cynthia Cherrey and the ILA staff, Mike Hardy and the ILA Board, the Program Committee, volunteers, presenters, and attendees for this transformative experience.   Discussing authentic leadership in the age of AI with ILA Lifetime Achievement Award winner Bruce Avolio (the most-cited author in my dissertation!) was a highlight among many.   I’m inspired by former University presidents (and co-authors of Nerve) Martha Piper and Indira Samarasekera, who shared a story in their keynote about the gift of a wand, to use a Harry Potter reference of my own. Following the conference, it is not just the wand I am craving, but also Dumbledore’s "Pensieve" so I might extract and preserve the myriad thoughts, experiences, and memories for further reflection.

After learning so much and meeting such incredible leaders, scholars, and practitioners, my heart and head are full!
