Nathan Lustig is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and educator with a strong background in startups and venture capital.

Currently serving as the managing partner at Magma Partners, a seed stage VC fund operating in Latin America, the USA, and China.

Lustig's entrepreneurial journey began during his college years at the University of Wisconsin, where he founded ExchangeHut and later led it through acquisition.

Following the sale of ExchangeHut, Lustig ventured into various businesses, including a consulting firm aimed at accelerating startup growth.

In 2008, he co-founded Entrustet, a digital asset management service that gained significant traction and was ultimately acquired by a European competitor in 2012.

Lustig played a pivotal role in the success of Entrustet, particularly through his involvement in the Startup Chile program, which propelled the company to become a market leader.

Apart from his ventures in the tech industry, Lustig is known for founding Capital Entrepreneurs, an organization fostering high-tech entrepreneurship in Madison, WI.

Upon the acquisition of Entrustet, Lustig relocated to Santiago, Chile, where he assumed the role of head of marketing at Welcu and also engaged in teaching entrepreneurship at Chilean universities.

An author as well, Lustig penned 'Startup Chile 101,' a comprehensive guide on navigating the business landscape in Chile.

His academic background includes a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complementing his hands-on entrepreneurial experience.
