Should companies be made to 'do their part' for preventing climate change and allow their workers to work remotely from home, thereby killing the negative impacts of a commute on resources and the environment?

Soon, employers could be increasingly likely to INSIST their workers work from home as global temperatures rise and make commutes and workplaces too unpleasant to be tolerable.

Will that be too late though? Shouldn't the action be now to PREVENT this from happening?

What’s your method for planning and making sure that 2020 is a success?

This year I learned the true importance of positive feedback. I’ve been able to do more than ever because I’ve been closely writing and recording, tasks, successes and failures.

For me, my system is to start big and go small.

I first write the overall ‘BIG’ goal, then break it down into monthly and then weekly milestones and tasks so that I can clearly see myself progressing.

For example, after being fortunate enough to enjoy the freedom and flexibility for the past 6 years that running my own remote business provides,

This year, with The Remote Trip our goal is to help at least 500 people this year work towards their own freedom.

That’s an average of 42 people a month, just over 10 people a week.

With that goal in mind, I start writing down the tasks involved in making that happen and then scheduling them into each week using a planner.

So what are your goals? How do you keep track of them and what’s your system? (if you have one). Perhaps you don’t need a system and you go by feeling?
