My family of 5 have been going to Les Schwab on 19th in NW Portland with as many as 5 drivers in the family, summer and winter tires, tire changes and purchases, rim repairs and purchases, and many puncture repairs, for 24 years. We have interacted with their teams hundreds of times. Never once has there been an impatient or unkind word. They may be the most consistently excellent service business I have ever encountered, with a superlative team and great culture. Thank you Les Schwab team! https://lnkd.in/gQxP2yMg
