My experience with OLA ride ( CRN - 3364107290)Car Number : HR56B 3052 today: Being a regular OLA customer, I was more than shocked and scared when my ola driver scared the hell out of me and my office commute seemed more like a nightmare which no one would ever like to experience.
I had very innocently just requested the driver (Vikas) to drop me at my exact location near my office to which he became very agitated and replied with the below threats:
"I will burn this car along with the customer as I am frustrated working with OLA"
"He then called me an oversmart customer and cursed that OLA customers do not deserve to even ride in a rickshaw"
I think OLA can certainly do a lot more here besides advertising their brand and ensuring security of customers irrespective of whether they are men or women. #pranayjivrajka #BhaveshAgarwal #ola
