Prior to his venture endeavors, Neal dedicated almost a decade to Google and Google[x], assuming key leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Makani, a revolutionary wind turbine firm owned by Alphabet and Shell.

Neal's academic background includes an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School, a Master of International Affairs specializing in Energy and International Security Policy from Columbia University, and undergraduate studies in Political Science and international politics.

Throughout his career, Neal has been associated with renowned organizations like AirLoom Energy, BridgeTek Energy, Elevation Ventures, Seafire Capital, Makani, Google, X, the moonshot factory, Google Helpouts, and the United States Senate.

Neal's diverse professional journey also includes serving as an FA-18 Pilot and Forward Air Controller in the United States Marine Corps, showcasing his versatile skill set and commitment to excellence.
