He has a background in business and commerce, having studied B.Comm in Business/Commerce and Finance at The University of Calgary.

Additionally, Neal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Queen's University.

Currently, Neal Khan serves as the Vice President of North America Customer Sales at Prophix Software, where he focuses on enhancing customer retention, increasing customer usage, and facilitating customer migration to the cloud platform.

His expertise lies in strategic problem-solving and implementing innovative solutions in the competitive CPM space, where Prophix Software excels by prioritizing execution over excessive spending.

Throughout his career, Neal has held various leadership positions at Prophix Software, including Vice President of Professional and Client Services, Director of Professional and Client Services, Director of Client Services, Manager of Project Management Office, Project Manager, and Consultant.

Prior to his tenure at Prophix Software, Neal Khan also served as a Researcher in the Department of Organization Dynamics at the University of Calgary.
