Neelendu Dey

Dr. Neelendu Dey is an Attending Physician specialized in Gastroenterology and a Principal Investigator focusing on studying the gut microbiome. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University and his MD from Yale University School of Medicine. Following his education, Dr. Dey completed his Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

With a strong academic background, Dr. Dey has held various positions in prestigious institutions. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Fred Hutch. Previously, he held Assistant Professor positions at the University of Washington - School of Medicine and Washington University School of Medicine, where he also worked as an Instructor. Dr. Dey has experience as an Attending Physician at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a Postdoctoral Researcher at Washington University School of Medicine, and a Researcher at UC Berkeley. Additionally, he completed his Gastroenterology fellowship and Internal Medicine residency at UCSF.
