Neiha Arora is a seasoned professional with more than 17 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, specializing in finding and retaining top talent, streamlining recruitment, and fostering inclusive high-performance teams.

As the founder and principal of Creative Ninja, Neiha excels in freelance and full-time recruiting and career coaching within the creative industry, collaborating with renowned organizations like Possible, Fullstack Academy, Future for Us, Microsoft, and Starbucks.

Prior to establishing her own business, Neiha served as the director of recruiting at Blink UX, overseeing talent acquisition in UX research, design, sales, program management, and marketing. She led a successful recruitment team, facilitated the hiring of 56 employees in 2022, and received the “Doing Great Things Award” three times.

Neiha is known for her dedication to diversity and inclusion, utilizing human-centered design to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. She is particularly passionate about mentoring women of color and conducts workshops on branding and professional development with non-profit organizations.

Outside her professional endeavors, Neiha Arora is a certified scuba diver, a coffee master, a travel enthusiast, a storyteller, and a designer. She thrives on exploring the unfamiliar, building connections with individuals, and engaging in hands-on experiences.

Neiha pursued her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. She has held various roles in organizations like Vitalize Kitsap, Starbucks, Rational Interaction, and Aquent, honing her skills in recruiting, design, and marketing.
