Neil McReynolds is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in academia, executive leadership, board governance, and journalism.

Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program focusing on CEO and Board Leadership at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington since 2002.

Throughout his career, Neil has chaired the boards of multiple businesses, including being the Director Emeritus of HomeStreet Bank and a Strategic Adviser to Montlake Capital.

With extensive executive experience, Neil has held key roles at prominent organizations such as International Telephone & Telegraph (ITT), Kaiser Permanente/Group Health, and Puget Sound Power & Light.

Neil's expertise in board governance is evident from his service on over 60 boards, including chairing several notable ones like the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and the Seattle-King County Economic Development Council.

His contributions have been recognized through numerous accolades, including Bellevue's Citizen of the Year, University of Washington's Communications Hall of Fame, and the Public Relations Society of America's Lifetime Achievement Award.

Neil holds a Certificate of Completion in Executive Management and a B.A. degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Washington.

In addition to his current role as a board governance consultant at McReynolds Associates, Neil has held various positions such as Vice President at Kaiser/Group Health, Senior Vice President at Puget Sound Energy, and Northwest Regional Manager at ITT Corp.

He has also lent his expertise to the field of journalism, having served as the Editor of Bellevue American newspaper and as the Press Secretary to Washington Governor Dan Evans.
