We have landed a new, bold and ambitious Talent Acquisition organisational design. The new OD transforms the way we attract talent and supports our drive to raise the bar on talent.
My responsibilities have expanded from Tech & Data hiring, to encompass all archetypes, allowing me to support the bank further on the biggest digital transformation in a generation. This has been a period of tremendous growth and learning, and I'm immensely proud of what we've accomplished.
Thanks to Sharon and Holly for trusting in my vision and giving me license to move quicker and think bigger. Your support has been, and continues to be, invaluable.

Inspiration: from the Latin ‘inspiratus’ meaning to “breathe into”
I feel truly inspired following a couple of fantastic days spent with the passionate LBG Talent Acquisition & Management Team and friends. These last couple of days has breathed renewed energy, passion and vigour into me.
Holly Quincey kicked off our sessions yesterday by reflecting on the phenomenal success of the year so far, highlighting: new products built; awards won; new organisation structure landed; and thousands of new hires made. Well done team!
Dr Hamira Riaz walked us through how the hardware and software of our brains influence the myriad ways we react to different stresses. She beautifully showcased how our diverse team are perfectly equipped to navigate any challenges ahead.
We were then treated to 3 incredible guests.
Simon Holland was able to distil the hugely complicated landscape of GenAI into an easily digestible session that left the team awed and yearning to learn more.
Chris S. brought to life the power of Brand and how we are looking to delicately, but purposely, move the Lloyds brand forward.
James Peach brought to life that the resilience needed to tackle the challenges of the corporate world are the same needed to circumnavigate the globe on a push bike (even whilst at gun point…Yikes!)
We came together, we learned together, we laughed together, we danced together and we’re ready to face tomorrow together! All in!
