After an incredible journey at 1plusX, a TripleLift company and then at TripleLift, it is with mixed emotions that I share that I have left to pursue another opportunity.

When I departed FreeWheel after almost 10 years, I specifically sought out opportunities to help scale a growth-stage business. When 1plusX brought me onboard as its first US employee, I could never have guessed the journey that would follow. Within six months 1plusX would be acquired by TripleLift. A few months after that my former manager at FreeWheel would become the new CEO of TripleLift. And then, I would have the opportunity to go back to my TV roots and lead the commercial side of TripeLift’s CTV business.

During my time at 1plusX and TripleLift I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest minds and best people in the industry. There are way too many to name here, but I want to thank Jürgen Galler and René Plug, who brought me on at 1plusX, Jeb Lambert and Emily Schutz, who helped build the 1plusX business in the US, and everyone on the TripleLift Leadership and CTV teams that welcomed me: Andrew King, Eliza Davies, Chelsea Glincman, Rahil Berani, Michael Frye, Beau Juda, Eddie O., Alexis Ruff, Michael Shields, Dave Clark, Ed Dinichert, Robert Coon, just to name a few.

I am very proud of what TripleLift has accomplished during my tenure and very excited about what will come next. There is true differentiation with what TripleLift is building across audience products, scalable in-content CTV advertising, and retail media demand connections. The next few years will be big for them!

For those of you that are curious, I am already hard at work on my next early-stage endeavor and will share more about that in due time.

Regards,

Neil
