Last week I had the opportunity to teach a negotiations class for the Rutgers University Road to Supply Chain Leadership Club. As a Rutgers alumni, it was an incredibly meaningful experience for me to give back and contribute to the education of our future leaders. During the class, we delved into effective communication, strategic thinking, and expanding the pie. It was inspiring to witness the enthusiasm and energy of the students as they engaged in thought-provoking discussions and on hands-on exercises. Together, we explored various real-life scenarios, practiced case studies, and had a lot of fun! 🙏 Thank you, Professor Sundar Raman, for inviting us back to teach this class. It was an absolute pleasure and privilege to work with such bright and motivated students. A big shoutout to my co-leads Liz Rivett and Matt Watters for putting this together! Last week I graduated from J&J's Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP). It's been a great two years learning about our MedTech and Global Services Organizations. This achievement marks a period of growth, learning, and invaluable experiences that have truly shaped my career. I am immensely grateful to Johnson & Johnson for investing in its employees' development and for providing me with this transformative opportunity. The program has not only deepened my understanding of the healthcare industry and procurement, but it has also reinforced the importance of continuous learning and personal development.
