The AmCham Emerging Leaders Development Programme concluded with an inspiring 3-day Hackathon last week.

The programme commenced last October and through the delivery of 6 workshops, totalling 50+ hours, we set out to achieve three key things for the 85 participants, who represent 50+ AmCham member companies.

🤝 To develop meaningful connections among members who share similar interests. 💭 To cultivate a supportive environment where members can exchange insights, experiences, and support, fostering both personal and professional growth. 💡 To gain valuable perspectives from expert speakers and facilitators who led workshops on key topics, including Effective Communication, Design Thinking, Managing Up and Delegation, and Understanding Team Dynamics.

Witnessing the strong connections and bonds formed within the group has been especially rewarding, evident in the attached photographs.

The management and delivery of the programme would not be possible without the experience and skills of my colleague, Orna Mulhern.

Finally, special mention to all of those individuals who shared their time, insights and experience with the group over the course of the programme - Speakers -  Joanne Kelly, Lorcan Nyhan, Fiona Finegan, Sarah Blake, Michael Fennelly, Ronan Healy, Dr. Jane Hession & Fergal Hynes

Hackathon Judges - Paul Sweetman, Liz Cunningham, Michelle Kelly, PMP, CSM, Ilana Smith & Fiona Finegan

Hackathon mentors - Chris Bull Sinead Devlin, Colm Collins, Sarah Callinan, Roya Elison, Maurice Whelan, Una Ryder, Philip Healy, Breda O'Brien & Matthew Wint

Sponsors - Derek Mcgrath the whole team at Accenture UK & Ireland

Looking forward to the 2024/25 AmCham Emerging Leaders Development Programme - application process opening soon 🙂
