Dr. Niamh Murtagh is a Principal Research Fellow at the Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction, University College London (UCL), and a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Turku, Finland, and the Centre for Understanding Sustainable Prosperity at the University of Surrey.
