Exciting news! For the past few months, I've been working on building an assessment tool called the Trust Fall for The Attributes, which measures trust between leaders and their team members.
This tool is based on the same trust evaluation tools used by Navy SEALs to build successful teams that thrive in uncertain environments. We just launched into beta and are looking for HR professionals, team managers, and coaches who want to deploy this tool across their organizations.
