The Seahawks win, and we welcome a new Washingtonian to the team!
A huge welcome to Ludmila Hermanovich, joining as our new Tax Partner here at @RivetTax
One of the hardest parts of scaling a company is that tax complexity grows faster than most founders expect. That's why we have experts to step in. Ludmila began her career at PwC, advising corporations and investment partnerships, and has since focused her work on technology startups, flow-through entities, and founder-led businesses navigating growth.
She’s advised companies across compliance, planning, and ongoing advisory — including entity structuring, tax credits and incentives, multi-state and sales tax, and the tax implications of funding events and operational changes.
What set Ludmila apart is not only her tax knowledge, but her excitement/eagerness to jump head-first into the new AI & software-powered tooling coming onto the market from big companies and our own product/engineering teams.
We work with 1000+ category-defining founders and their companies across both corporate and personal tax prep. Ludmila's pushing the way we approach tax forward - incredibly excited to have here here Rivet.
