His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes helped shape successful initiatives within the IP & Science division (now Clarivate Analytics) and Tradeweb.
In the earlier stages of his career, Nick gained experience as a private equity and private credit investor at Allied Capital, which is now part of Ares. Here, he demonstrated prowess in identifying opportunities in early-stage technology companies while working as an MBA Venture Capital Associate at DFJ Gotham Ventures. His analytical skills were honed at Citi, where he served as an investment banking analyst, advising clients on M&A and financing transactions. Nick’s career commenced in KPMG’s Strategy Consulting / Business Due Diligence group, where he provided operational improvement, growth strategies, and due diligence services to various corporations and private equity investors.
