Nick Molnar is a prominent figure in the world of finance and technology, known as the co-founder of Afterpay, a global payment solution empowering consumers to pay for purchases over time without incurring debt.

Recognizing the millennial aversion to credit cards, Nick, a serial entrepreneur, launched Afterpay in Australia with Anthony Eisen in 2014, later taking the company public on the Australian Securities Exchange in 2016.

Under Nick's leadership, Afterpay expanded to the U.S., Canada, and several European countries, amassing over 20 million customer accounts in the U.S. alone and partnering with over 100,000 merchants worldwide.

After capturing significant market share, Afterpay was acquired by Block (NYSE: SQ) for US$29 billion in 2021, with Nick continuing to co-lead the business within Block's ecosystem.

Nick Molnar's professional journey also includes experience as an Investment Analyst at M. H. Carnegie & Co., focusing on growth stage investments, showcasing his diverse skill set and strategic acumen.

Nick Molnar holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Finance and International Business from the University of Sydney, underpinning his academic foundation in the realms of finance and global business.
