Nick Nowak is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of business operations, analytics, strategy, and sales.

Nick holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Econometrics and Statistics, Finance, and Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also completed a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a concentration in Global Studies, a Minor in Spanish, and a Certificate in International Business at the University of Illinois.

Currently, Nick serves as the Director of Customer Operations at GoHealth, where he leverages his expertise to drive operational excellence and enhance customer experiences. Prior to his current role, he held positions of increasing responsibility at GoHealth, including Analytics Manager and Senior Analytics Associate.

Before joining GoHealth, Nick gained valuable experience at Cars.com, where he served as Senior Associate in Strategy & Business Development, Senior Analyst in Yield Management, and Yield Management and Programmatic Specialist. He also contributed his skills in business-to-business sales during his tenure at Blueair as a B2B Associate and as National Accounts Sales Support. Earlier in his career, he honed his sales and coordination abilities at Prinz Ltd. as a Sales and Import Coordinator.

Beyond his corporate roles, Nick demonstrated his commitment to social responsibility by serving as the President of UNICEF at UIUC, showcasing his dedication to philanthropic endeavors and community engagement.
