Nicki also served as the Wellness Program Director at Denver Public Schools, where she had the opportunity to make a positive impact on the well-being of the school community.
Inspired by her experiences with first responders, Nicki founded Thriving Heroes to provide support for those who commit to keeping the community safe despite the mental, physical, and social challenges they face daily.
