Nico Perrino is the Vice President of Communications at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIREorg). He also serves as the Co-Director and Senior Producer at the Mighty Ira documentary and hosts the Free Speech Talk. Nico studied BAJ, Journalism, and History at Indiana University Bloomington.

With a diverse background in communication and journalism, Nico has held various roles including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President of Communications, Director of Communications, and Associate Director of Communications at FIREorg. He was also the former host of the 'So to Speak: The Free Speech Podcast' at FIREorg.

Prior to his current roles, Nico has worked in different capacities such as a Creative Consultant at Can We Take a Joke?, Communications Coordinator at the Institute for Justice, and Communications Management Assistant at Hirons & Company. He has also contributed as a Program Associate and Assistant to the President at FIREorg.

Nico's experience extends to his time as a Sales & Marketing Intern at Indiana University Press, Co-Executive Director of Legal Affairs at the Indiana University Student Association, and Editor-in-Chief at The Indiana Standard. His journalistic journey includes roles as a Reporter & Opinion Columnist at TheBigEleven.com, Indiana Daily Student, and Taste of Chicago Representative at Edward Don & Company.

Furthermore, Nico has showcased his skills in the field through roles like Commercial Real Estate Maintenance at Catalano & Associates and as a Summer Intern at FIREorg. His dedication to the principles of free speech is evident through his work as a communicator, documentary producer, and podcast host.
