Nicole has gained extensive experience through various roles in prestigious organizations. She currently serves as a Merchandise Analyst at MEC, a position where she applies her expertise in analyzing market trends and optimizing merchandise assortments.

Prior to her current role, Nicole co-founded CARA (by Lexis Inc.) and held positions such as Category Analyst at MEC, Business Analyst at Deloitte Canada, Wireless Commercial Management Analyst at Rogers Communications, and Category Analyst at BCNET. Her diverse background demonstrates a strong foundation in business analysis and strategic decision-making.

In addition to her professional roles, Nicole has also contributed to academia, having served as an Operations and Logistics Teaching Assistant and a Commerce Peer Advisor at UBC Sauder School of Business. She has also honed her skills in outreach and learning initiatives as a Workplace Learning Student Outreach Assistant at The University of British Columbia.
