Nicole Rogers is a dedicated advocate for incorporating crops into functional food production and enhancing connectivity throughout agricultural supply chains for improved efficiencies. With a strong background in sectors such as alternative protein, dairy, personalized nutrition, decentralized processing, and environmental and social sustainability, Nicole brings extensive industry experience to her initiatives.

Apart from her advocacy work, Nicole is actively involved in the agricultural technology (Agtech) sector as an investor and advisor to several start-up and growth-stage companies across different countries including Canada, the US, Kenya, Zambia, and the UAE. She played a pivotal role as a founding member of the Dubai Multi Commodity Centre's Food Trade Advisory Group (DFTAG) and has represented the private sector on the Committee for Food Security at the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization since 2013.

Nicole's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from both Western University and Huron University, as well as studies in Marketing, Management, and Communications at Sheridan College.

Her professional journey includes various significant roles such as Co-Founder at Drawdown Foods, Advisory Board Member at Grain Discovery, Advisory Board Member at ECO Capacity Exchange Ltd., Founder & CEO at Agriprocity, Shareholder at Farms.com, and Trade Attaché - Consulate General of Canada for Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada.
