Nicole Zussman is a seasoned executive with a strong background in leadership and conservation efforts.

She currently serves as the President and CEO of the Appalachian Mountain Club, the oldest organization dedicated to conservation and recreation in America.

Nicole is known for being a strategic thinker, a change agent, and a life-long enthusiast of the outdoors.

Her educational background includes an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Miami, and she attended Gaithersburg High School.

With a rich history of leadership roles, Nicole has held positions such as Chief People Officer at Rue Gilt Groupe, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Condé Nast, Vice President of Human Resources at YES Network, and VP of Human Resources at World Wrestling Entertainment.

She has also served in HR leadership roles at Federated Merchandising Group and Federated Department Stores.

Beyond her current role at the Appalachian Mountain Club, Nicole has also been an Advisor at Gina's Collective.

Nicole Zussman's vast experience in human resources and her passion for the environment make her a well-rounded and influential figure in the conservation and outdoor recreation space.
