Nidhi Singh is a dynamic professional with over 15 years of experience in fostering partnerships with various organizations, including multi-lateral organizations, corporates, CSRs, donor agencies, and NGOs. With an MBA background, she has a keen interest and extensive experience in the social sector, particularly in areas such as education, livelihoods, and water & sanitation. Nidhi has been involved in significant projects related to rural water and sanitation, sustainable livelihoods, value chains, rural retail, and maternal and child health across India, Nepal, and Bangladesh.

Presently, Nidhi Singh serves as the leader of The Fidelity Asia Pacific Foundation's strategic grants programme. In this role, she is instrumental in providing strategic direction and expanding the grants programme in sectors like Education, Health, Disadvantaged Communities, and Arts and Culture throughout the Asia Pacific region.

Before her current position at Fidelity International, Nidhi Singh played a pivotal role in leading initiatives such as the READ Alliance, a USAID-funded platform focusing on promoting early grade reading innovations in India. She also spearheaded the Reform in School Education (RISE) program at Villgro, collaborating with state governments and major funders to implement a comprehensive school partnership model in government schools. Additionally, her tenure at Ark India involved establishing partnership schools under the School Quality Enhancement Programme (SQEP). Prior to pursuing her MBA at Bristol Business School, University of the West of England, Nidhi was involved in running a social enterprise that focused on fair trade concepts with rural artisans and underprivileged women in urban slums. She is deeply passionate about gender equality, poverty alleviation, livelihoods, and education.

Nidhi Singh holds a diverse educational background that includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of the West of England, a Bachelor of Arts in Dance (Bharatanatyam) from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, a B.Tech in IT from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and a Master of Arts in Gender and Development Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
