I think we're on the cusp of a new era in business insights. It's creeped up silently, but it's here.

Behavioral economics introduced nudges that sway consumer decisions. Sociology has taught us about how networks can be leveraged for good. Psychology and neuroscience have opened our eyes to new ways of improving performance and efficiency. Data science and advanced analytics have given us unbiased ways of examining information.

Put it all together, and you get Decision Science. If you're not leveraging it, you're not doing your best to win.

I've started a new Substack publication called Your Next Business Decision. Subscribe to get insights on how the science of decision-making can improve every single aspect of your business. No matter how large or small your business. No matter what your business does. No matter who you are.
