Dr. Nikita Hari, an Engineering Educator with a PhD in Electrical Engineering, is dedicated to transforming engineering education to create a better world.

With over ten years of experience in teaching, entrepreneurship, and research, Dr. Nikita Hari is currently leading initiatives to design innovative engineering learning activities at Dyson Institute.

As a Nehru Cambridge Scholar and Schlumberger Post Doctoral Fellow, Dr. Hari has a strong academic background from the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford.

Dr. Hari's research interests include machine learning for electronics, GaN power electronics, and reshaping engineering education to be more inclusive and diversified.

Recognized as one of the 'Top 50 Women in Engineering in the UK' in 2017, Dr. Nikita Hari is actively involved in various organizations and projects promoting STEM education and women in engineering.

She has co-founded social EdTech start-ups and serves as a consultant for scientific advisory committees and EdTech initiatives, aiming to influence science and engineering education, policy, and diplomacy.

With a strong commitment to mentoring young talent, Dr. Nikita Hari engages, educates, and inspires aspiring engineers through her work and speaking engagements globally.
