Nikki Baboun is a marketing strategy expert with over a decade of experience in managing consumer marketing strategy for media & television, retail, and CPG brands.

Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives at Carnival Corporation & plc, she spearheads the development of a pioneering cross-portfolio, revenue-generating business unit that merges e-retail and customer loyalty.

Previously, Nikki held the position of Vice President of Marketing at FUSION, a joint venture between Disney-ABC Television Group and Univision Communications Inc., where she oversaw consumer marketing, affiliate sales and marketing, and synergy efforts.

Before transitioning to the client side, she worked as a strategist at the renowned brand consultancy Siegel+Gale, and in account management at Zimmerman Advertising.

Nikki graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a BSBA in Marketing, supplemented by a minor in mass communications studies.

Her areas of expertise encompass marketing strategy, integrated marketing campaign development, brand strategy (including positioning, voice, identity, messaging, architecture, and naming), testing and optimization, partnerships, social media marketing, content development, and business development.
