Real men use Windows

Real men are not afraid of the unknown. It is easy not to be afraid of Unix - everything is clear there. It is much more difficult not to be afraid of Windows, knowing that it can do something unpredictable. That is why real men install Windows even on critical servers. They know no fear.

Real men are not lazy. Almost all Unix users are lazy - it is easier for them to write a script in ten minutes that automates their work. Real men under Windows easily spend hours doing the same thing manually. They are not lazy.

Real men do not argue. Unix users have already gotten on everyone's nerves with their discussions about which distribution to install where, and what is better for this task - Solaris or Linux. Windows is like a general party line - one, even if in several persons. And it develops as one organization wants. Real men like this, it's like in the army. Real men are for the command system.

Real men don't need comfort. They smile as Unix users argue about the problems with the Windows GUI, why it doesn't meet any of the interface requirements, and how pathetic their command line is. They know all of this, they just think it's unworthy of a man to care so much about comfort. Real men can sleep on a bare floor, let alone a colorful, velvet bed, even if it's vertical

Real men don't think about money. They'll easily pay thousands of dollars for software on their computer, knowing that they can get the same functionality for free. They don't need it, because counting money is petty

Real men don't need to work remotely. If they need to, they can come to the server room at night to run the software they need or see what's going on. After all, they are real men

Real men endure trials with fortitude. They know that different versions of MS Office are incompatible with each other, but they are not afraid to re-layout a five-hundred-page document if necessary. Or that the old software will stop running when switching to a new OS. In essence, it is not that important to them. They will not whine, they will just spend a few days on re-layout or rewrite the software - that's all. They are real men

Real men are thorough. They understand the need to reboot the system after installing each program, and in general, for a real man it is not a problem to reboot the machine every two or three days. He does not swearing when something else crashes during the installation of something. He does not consider this abnormal and unnatural. He simply grits his teeth and solves the problem

A real man does not grimace when it turns out that the new version requires three times more memory and works twice as slow. He just takes the money he put aside for a vacation, goes and buys a new computer. Real men don't need a vacation

Real men don't need ease, or comfort, or reliability. They need a fight

And there's only one conclusion. Only whiners and weaklings use Unix. Real men use Windows
