Slide Sorter view is your savior when it comes to finding a slide in an endless slide deck.
Already in editing mode, very few people know (and use) the little button in the bottom right corner. When it comes to smooth presenting – that is without leaving presentation mode - it’s a crucial function to bring interactivity and potential for discussion into your presentation.
Same works with “Ctrl”+ scrolling down btw.
And try the “+”-key if you want to zoom in on some content. Did you know this one? Keen on more of those quick PPT tricks?

Half-year strategy review live* from … Iceland
Working at a presentation agency, obviously every quarterly review comes with a big presentation. And having strategic responsibility, well … comes with responsibilities.
Already since the beginning of the year, my calendar told me, that I need to present something on that specific day. But the flight-prices and season were simply too tempting for Iceland.
I love my job, but I love my holidays even more (sorry Explain 😉). Therefore I’m super grateful to have two very understanding bosses, that value personal plans just as much as crew events - Jonas Keller & Yannick Pinkinelli.
The deal: Make your presentation and make it work. How? We don’t care.
The result: No need for slides. Volcanos are fine too. And in the end, what better way to give strategic updates about a streaming location, than streaming into the streaming location?
Do you have fixed corporate events that your employer requires you to attend?
*Okay, I admit, it was pre-recorded. But 4G coverage isn’t my no. 1 criteria for choosing travel-routes.
