Nina Benedetti

Masters in Adult Education - MEd from Seattle University

Nina Benedetti is an accomplished individual with a rich background in higher education and community involvement.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Negotiations and Chair in Transitional Studies at Everett Community College (EvCC), Nina has been a dedicated faculty member since 2002.

Her educational journey includes a Master of Education in Teaching from Seattle University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology also from Seattle University, and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from College Of The Canyons.

Nina is actively engaged in various roles within the AFT Everett Union, including past positions as VP of Records and Elections and VP of Member Support.

In addition to her academic endeavors, Nina has a robust history of work, having served as a Substance Abuse Counselor at El Proyecto Del Barrio, a Youth Counselor at Avalon Treatment Center, and a Patient Care Assistant at Coldwater Canyon Hospital.

Her passion for education and community welfare is further demonstrated through her involvement as a member of the Guided Pathways Steering Committee at EvCC and as a liaison for the Youth Re-Engagement Program.

With her extensive experience and diverse skill set, Nina Benedetti continues to make a positive impact in higher education and beyond.
