Nina Chen is the Co-Founder of HVAC Hero, an adaptive, simulation-based learning environment designed to help adult learners acquire skills for the climate trades workforce, starting with HVAC.1 She is currently pursuing an MBA/MS as a Knight-Hennessy Scholar at Stanford University, focusing on designing scalable learning solutions for climate trades.1
