LEAD LIKE A GIRL
Nine years ago, I met Dalia Feldheim in Singapore when she had just joined a luxury white goods company.
Fast forward to today, Dalia is the author of Lead Like a Girl, (link in comments) ,a book that challenges the conventional norms of leadership and champions a more authentic, empathetic, and purpose-driven approach to leading. This book is a manifesto for embracing vulnerability, resilience, and emotional intelligence as strengths in leadership, particularly in environments often marred by toxicity and rigidity.
Now based in Israel, she shared her evolution and our conversations stretched across a spectrum of topics—from the daily traumas that many face, to the impact of toxic workplaces, to the evolving leadership landscape and our hopes for how it could influence geopolitical movements for the better.
This was a moment shared between two women whom are journeying this earth with the same purpose, values and vision for the world and the future generation of humans.
Dalia is not just an author; she’s a hopeful a change-maker, and I'm thrilled to announce that we’re hosting an exclusive event with her as part of our launch next week.
Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to engage with Dalia Feldheim, and make sure you are subscribed to Seat At The Table for the exclusive invite directly into your inbox.
