Nina LeNoir

Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education at Chapman University

Nina LeNoir is an accomplished professional with a rich educational background and a diverse range of experiences.

She holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Hollins University and continued her academic pursuits with a Ph.D. in Theatre History/Criticism as well as an M.F.A. in Drama (Directing Emphasis) from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, she has an A.O.S. in Acting from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

Nina has held various significant roles in prestigious organizations, including serving as the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education at Chapman University. Previously, she was the Chair and Professor in the Department of Theatre at Chapman University, demonstrating her expertise and leadership qualities in the academic arena.

Her leadership skills were further showcased during her tenure as the Interim President at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and as the Director of Instruction at the same institution. Prior to these roles, Nina served as an Associate Professor in Theatre and Dance at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and as an Assistant Professor at Bradley University.

Nina LeNoir's extensive background in academia, combined with her passion for the arts, positions her as a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer in the fields of theater, education, and leadership.
