What an incredible experience speaking on the panel at the Billion Dollar Roundtable event at Google HQ! Discussing "The Inclusion Imperative: Metrics that Matter for Economic Transformation" with Ajamu Johnson, Joe Seydl, and Kendall Seketa was truly impactful.
The event's theme, "Innovation to the power of inclusion equals impact," resonated with me deeply. It reinforced my belief that inclusion drives both innovation and economic growth. At Pinnacle Group, Inc., we are more committed than ever to advancing these efforts, alongside our amazing customers who are key partners in this journey.

This Mother's Day, I want to express my gratitude to all the mothers at Pinnacle Group and beyond who make amazing contributions each and every day. Our strength as a company is owed in part to being an incredible place for our associates to grow both their careers and their families and one of my greatest joys is creating the conditions for growth to happen.
As my own children get older and more independent, I am forever grateful for the lessons they’ve taught me – patience, resilience, adaptability, and unconditional love to name just a few. Qualities that also enrich my professional life! Along with the ability to show up – whether it is moving out of a dorm room or applauding an achievement, I love being there for the big and small moments.
Join me in celebrating the strength and dedication of mothers everywhere, who not only bring life into the world, but enrich it through their contributions in so many ways.
Happy Mother's Day!
