I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Manager - Transitions at Accenture!
School of Inspired Leadership - a place where dreams are transformed into reality. I did my B-tech in Computer Science and I started working in an Ecommerce company as a Business Manager. My role was good, and I learned a lot, but I was looking for a better opportunity. There is a misconception that people from IT cannot move into HR but that is exactly what SOIL helped me to do. I was able to get into the Human Resources program and now, at the end of the year, I got placed with Accenture in a Project Management role in my domain. During the Accenture process, there were 3 rounds and I was asked about my work experience, my live business project at JSW Steel that we did during our 1 year at SOIL and my learnings at the institute. Thanks to my friends, my faculty and the Placements team, I was well prepared to answer all these questions. I was confident and knew my material well as we had done many mock interviews and practice rounds. The interviewers were extremely humble and supportive and made us comfortable during the process so that we open up and give our best. My experience during placements was good. And I look forward to joining Accenture and utilizing what I’ve learned at SOIL to the best of my abilities. #humanresources #Soilindia #MBA #lifeatsoil
