Dr. Nita Limdi is a distinguished clinical pharmacist and epidemiologist renowned for her profound expertise in pharmacogenomics, pharmacoepidemiology, and chronic disease epidemiology. Her extraordinary work encompasses the entire research spectrum from discovery to practical application in clinical settings.

She currently spearheads two pivotal initiatives aimed at advancing discoveries through research and enhancing patient care through the integration of genotype-guided therapy in clinical practice. One of her initiatives concentrates on recognizing and surmounting obstacles, integrating genomic medicine tools, and evaluating clinically significant outcomes to enhance patient and population wellness, influence health policy, and shape reimbursement strategies for precision medicine.

Dr. Limdi actively contributes as a mentor in various institutional training programs, including the Center for Outcomes and Effectiveness Research and Education, Interdisciplinary Training in Kidney Research, Training Program in Statistical Genetics, and Medical Scientist (MD/PhD) Training Program.
