Noah Smith is a healthcare innovator based in the DC Metro area, spearheading a groundbreaking health care service called Ready Responders that focuses on providing immediate care to patients using allied health professionals and telemedicine under an hour.

With a background in Health IT coordination and EMS systems, Noah has held prominent roles such as the State Health IT Coordinator for DC Medicaid, leading initiatives to enhance information technology adoption among healthcare providers and promoting value-based care through health information exchange (HIE).

Noah has played a pivotal role in implementing the National Emergency Medical Services Information System for the U.S. Department of Transportation, working on quality improvement projects, EMS reimbursement policy, and innovative system designs. He continues to serve as a volunteer EMS provider in Prince George's County, MD.

Educationally, Noah holds a B.A. in Psychology and Emergency Medical Services, as well as an MPH in Health Policy, both from The George Washington University.
