With a remarkable background spanning 8 years as the operator of the esteemed Eco-Truffles circular enterprise, Nolana has extensive experience in mentoring and supporting teams to foster sustainable business ventures.

Her illustrious career is punctuated with prestigious accolades, including the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Trinidad and Tobago in 2018, the Commonwealth Youth Award for Excellence in Development in 2015, and the National Youth Award in the Environment Category in 2013.

Nolana Lynch is a recipient of the Amanda Coote Impact Entrepreneur Scholarship, which enabled her to pursue a Master of Entrepreneurship at the renowned Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship at the University of Melbourne in 2019.

Her professional journey showcases involvement with various impactful projects and organizations, such as the UNCCD's Partnership Initiative for Sustainable Land Management, the Commonwealth Climate Change Initiative, and the UNEP TUNZA program, highlighting her commitment to driving sustainable development.

An accomplished academic, Nolana Lynch holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from The University of Queensland, a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Melbourne, and pursued an MPhil in Tropical Earth and Environmental Science at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.

Her academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Environmental and Natural Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, laying a robust foundation for her subsequent achievements.

Currently, Nolana serves as an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Consultant, actively seeking her next professional challenge, after successful tenures as the Director and CEO of Eco-Truffles Eco-Spa.

Her diverse professional experience encompasses roles such as Impact Entrepreneurship Scholar at the Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship, Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of the West Indies, and Project Manager at the Caribbean Network for Integrated Rural Development.

Through roles at organizations like the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification and various internships, including those at EOG Resources and Petrotrin, Nolana Lynch has honed her skills and expertise in environmental conservation and sustainable enterprise development.
