Norma Gibson is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in consumer products, operations, and business analytics.

Norma holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategy and Business Analytics from Yale University, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Anthropology from Wheaton College.

Currently, Norma serves as the Head of Consumer Product & Operations at Landed, where she leads strategic initiatives and oversees product management. Prior to this role, she held various positions at Landed, including General Manager, Product Manager, Business Operations, and Content Strategist.

Norma also has a strong academic background, having served as a Yale Center for Consumer Insights Fellow at HP and as a Strategy Consultant in the Strategic Analysis Unit at Yale University. She has also contributed to the field of education, having worked as a 7th Grade English Teacher at DSST Public Schools, a Corps Member at Teach For America, and a Special Education Department Chair at Denver Public Schools.

With her blend of industry expertise, academic credentials, and teaching experience, Norma brings a unique perspective to her roles and is known for her strategic insights and operational acumen.
