Norman W. Spaulding is a highly regarded scholar known for his expertise in professional responsibility and law and humanities, with a specific focus on the history of the American legal profession. He has been acknowledged for his outstanding scholarly work by the Association of American Law Schools, receiving the Outstanding Scholarly Paper Prize in 2004. His notable publication 'Constitution as Counter-Monument: Federalism, Reconstruction and the Problem of Collective Memory' was featured in the prestigious Columbia Law Review.
