This year, 34 apprentices successfully graduated, with two shining as the top performers after four years of rigorous classroom education and on-the-job training. These young professionals are now equipped with specialized skills in mechanical, auto electrical, and fabrication—skills that set them apart as experts in their fields. They are not just graduates; they are the future leaders and innovators of our industry.
Their journey doesn't end here. With the world at their feet, these newly minted experts are poised to take on assignments not only within Thiess Indonesia but across the global Thiess Group. Following in the footsteps of their predecessors who have already embarked on careers in Australia, Chile, and soon in the US, Cambodia, and Mongolia, these graduates are ready to make their mark on the world stage.
