In light of the United States' historic election season, I've decided to publicly share this presentation I gave back in 2022 on #divinefeminineleadership in the workplace! 💗 Presented in collaboration with the Coupa Software Employee Engagement Team, I shared ways that all leaders can honor the transformative essence of divine feminine power through leveraging empathy, intuition, and compassion for greater impact at work. This talk attracted 70+ attendees during the workday, and is still one of my favorite talks I've given since publishing my first book, Force of Nature, back in 2021.
I've sensed a burgeoning spiritual shift in the sociopolitical and business realms of Western society for quite some time– and ultimately I think it's because the power of the divine feminine is so woefully misunderstood beyond Indigenous communities. I believe our leaders would be better if they could channel this energy into wiser policies, thoughtful business partnerships, conscious production, and honest communication with the general public.
Give this presentation a watch & listen if you want to feel empowered to channel divine feminine energy into greater impact in your field of work! And be sure to subscribe to Alaere Lifestyle on Youtube for more uplifting and inspirational content to embolden women artists, lovers, and leaders across the African Diaspora and beyond! ✨
